Everything that gets a family from searching to enrolled.
Advertising, every enquiry answered the minute it arrives, your Open Days filled, and one report a month that says where every new family came from. Run by one team.
What happens, and when
You are investing in a strategy,
not a to do list.
The twelve months
- Every enquiry route into one place, forms rebuilt
- WhatsApp answering immediately, day or night
- Your existing enquiries loaded and cleaned up
- Stages named the way your admissions office already speaks
- Every account set up or claimed, in the school’s name
- A full check of what your site is currently measuring, then fixed
Why it happens now
The families you have already paid for are sitting in an inbox right now. This month usually produces enrolments from enquiries that were written off, before a rand of new advertising is spent. Most schools also find their site has been measuring the wrong things, or nothing at all, for years.
- An owner and a next action on every family
- Follow up that fires on how long someone has waited
- Tracking wired end to end
- Your admissions office working from one board
Why it happens now
The tracking has to be in before the advertising starts. Wire it afterwards and the first few months of spend can never be answered for.
- Paid search and social across your area
- Your Google listing claimed and corrected in your name
- First advertising enquiries landing on the board
Why it happens now
Every enquiry from here carries a record of what produced it. Month three is the first month you can compare one advert against another instead of guessing.
- Hosting moved across, if you take it
- The first pages and guides written for your area
- The first interactive tool on your site
Why it happens now
Search content takes months to earn its position, so it starts early and is harvested late. It is also the part that keeps working on the months you spend less.
- One creative production run, covering all four days for the year
- Six week campaign, bookings, reminders, the day itself
- Attendance marked within a day, follow up the same week
Why it happens now
An Open Day is the highest intent moment a school has, and usually the one with the least follow up afterwards. This is where the work becomes visible to everyone.
- Second Open Day, from the same kit
- Spend moved onto what produced enrolments, not clicks
- Audience growth campaigns, if you took Presence
Why it happens now
The second one costs a fraction of the first and performs better, because the creative, the campaign and the follow up already exist.
- Your first true cost per enrolment, not cost per enquiry
- Sources ranked by enrolments produced
- The slowest step in your own process, named and fixed
Why it happens now
An enrolment takes months to arrive, so this is the first honest read. Anyone quoting you a cost per enrolment in month three is quoting it about a family who has not enrolled yet.
- Next year’s Open Day calendar and campaign plan
- Budget set against what actually produced enrolments
- What we stop doing, in writing
Why it happens now
Next year should be decided off your own numbers, months before the year starts, rather than written in January off last year’s instinct.
- Every enrolment of the year, traced to its source
- What each one cost, and what each is worth over their time at the school
- Year two plan, ready to present
Why it happens now
This is the meeting the whole year was for. You walk in with a number and a plan rather than effort and hope.
It plays through the year on its own. Hover any month to hold it there.
What you get
Four systems carry the plan. Here is what each one does.
Acquisition is the whole enrolment function and is bought as one thing, because the parts do not work on their own. Presence is the only choice to make.

What it costs
One invoice from us. One from Google/Meta.
Pick one and the calculator below follows it.
Prices are monthly and exclude VAT. Twelve months, then another twelve.
What is not included
Worth saying plainly, so nothing is a surprise in month three.
- Printed material, brochures, signage, the yearbook and the newsletter. Not part of this, and we will happily point you to someone good.
- Photography and video days at the school, quoted separately when you want them.
- Your advertising spend, which is always paid by you, on your own account and card.
- Website builds. We host, write and add tools to your site. A full rebuild is its own project.
The advertising account, the card, the data and every enquiry in it belong to the school. All of it, whichever way this goes.
What it's worth
This stops being a marketing decision fairly quickly.
The lifetime value of a student is their annual fee, for every year the family stays. Once you put your own numbers in, it becomes a business decision with a payback period, which is a much clearer decision to make.
At these numbers, every rand you invest this year comes back 16,4x over the time those students are with you.
Your numbers
What that means
After month 12, all our service costs are covered.
No promises we can't keep
Find out if we're the right fit for your school.
Thank you. We will look at your area and give you a straight answer within one working day.
We turn schools away when we can't do the job properly, or when another school nearby already works with us.
Questions
The questions worth asking, answered straight.
We would rather answer these now than in month three.
Can you guarantee us a number of enrolments?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we guarantee is that you will know exactly what produced every one of them, which is the thing you have never had, and the thing that lets you decide next year with evidence instead of instinct.
Can we just take the advertising?
No. Advertising on its own is the cheapest part of this, and by itself it produces enquiries that then get lost. It only pays for itself once everything behind it is running.
We already have someone doing our marketing.
Then you are covered on some of it. In our experience the gap is in the middle, between the enquiry arriving and the family being followed up. This takes most of the workload off that person and gives them a report with their name on it.
Do you take over our advertising accounts?
Never. The school owns the account, the card and the data, all of it, whichever way this goes. What keeps you with us is that it works.
Can we change the plan?
The dates, yes. The plan is built around your Open Day calendar in the first week. The order stays the same, because each step depends on the one before it, and skipping ahead is how schools end up spending on advertising that they cannot measure.
What if we want something that is not in the plan?
Tell us. If it is a good idea we build it into the product, and then every school we work with gets it, including you. If it is outside enrolment altogether, like a brochure or the yearbook, we will point you to someone who does it well.
How much of our time does this take?
Approvals, and that is the honest answer. Roughly an hour a month, plus your Open Day itself. The rest runs without you.
How long before we see something?
The enquiry side goes live in the first fortnight, so you will see activity almost immediately. Open Days need six weeks to run properly, so the first one is planned around your calendar rather than ours.
Do you work with government schools?
No. Independent schools only, one per area.
